Eligibility

Exhibit Kits are free for current IF/THEN Champions Network Organizational members only. To check if your organization is a member, email ifthen@astc.org.

Requirements

By completing this request form, you are agreeing to a binding contract and agree to undertake the following:

Organizations agree to display the exhibit kit to the public (i.e., not “backstage” or in non-publicly accessible areas). While there is no minimum time the content must be on display, we ask that the exhibit kit be used actively and regularly to engage with your community, rather than for a single short-term event. This allows for greater impact, helping justify the cost and effort invested in the creation of this resource.

Organizations agreed to participated in the annual data collection process (expected in April 2026) as agreed to in the Champions Network organizational commitment form. I understand this includes a survey that will ask about how this exhibit kit was displayed and will include a request for photos of the kit in use.

Organizations are welcome to display kits on-site or integrate them into regular off-site activities.

Requirements

Requests will be processed on a rolling basis, and every organizational member is eligible to receive one kit.

Timeline and Shipping

Kits will typically be shipped in 2 - 3 weeks.
